This makes our website 100% Secure shopping.
 


Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, for sanitary reasons and manufacturers policies:
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

* Exchanges will be accepted if you receive an incorrect item. See below.

Returned packages:
If your shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, returned or unclaimed; there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.

No unauthorized returns accepted:
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted unless authorized by Natural Extension. Packages returned without an RMA#: will be refused or returned at customers expense.

Incorrect item:

If you received an incorrect item and it is unused and still in it's original condition (unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, unbrushed, unwashed, no smoke or perfume smells) you must e-mail us to make an exchange request within 2 days from the date you receive your order. If this claim is authorized you will be issued an RMA# and return address to put on the outside of your return package otherwise it will be refused.

An incorrect item is not getting what is on the order. This does not apply to customer ordering errors or wanting something different after an order is placed.

Incorrect items are subject to inspection and require approval before is it replaced. If approved the same item will be shipped in exchange. If the merchandise does not meet the above criteria and is unsuitable for restock, it will be held for 8 days pending the customers payment of shipping charges to return the item. If the customer does not pay to reship the item will be discarded. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be restocked.


E-mail Confirmation

Our system automatically emails your order receipt as soon as order is complete. If you did not receive an order receipt please check your spam settings or bulk folder. Often spam filters block email addresses with the words “Orders” or “Customer Service” in the email subject or address.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed due to the automatic processing system. Please carefully check your order before submitting.


Customers who cancel due to back order are exempt from this.

If an order is cancelled after placing it or the shipment is returned for any reason a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.


Color Match 

Color charts can be used as a guide only as the color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution


Shipping Information


Provide and fully spell your whole accurate billing name, address, phone and EMAIL ADDRESS. Do not give 2 addresses. If we cannot contact you about a problem, through e-mail your order may not be processed in a timely manner.

We do not ship COD and cannot use customer’s personal shipping account.

Shipping and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day before and after Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New years Eve, New years day.
Shipping Delays:
We do not take responsibility for late shipments from the carriers or due to incorrect addresses. Customer is responsible for delays due to destination problems, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses or not being home to sign for package.


Free Shipping:

Some items have free shipping. If you add more items to your cart that do not have free shipping then shipping fees for those items will be applied.



Theft & Fraud 

Credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted. Non payment of orders due to credit card disputes will be sent to collections and/or prosecuted.
